Greetings Delta Members and Amateurs!

I am back from the July ARRL Board of Director’s Meeting and within a
week I am hitting the road again.  There was much accomplished at the
board and committee meetings and I shall share that with you in greater
detail as soon as the minutes are approved. I think we truly did some
good for the ARRL membership, advanced the hobby and overall worked as a
team to promote the Amateur Radio Service.  That being said, I am off to
Lebanon, TN (Nashville area) this weekend for the Greater Nashville &
Middle Tennessee HamQuest.  We will see you there.

I also wish to express my condolences to vice Director Hudgens, WB4RHQ
and his XYL, Abbie on the loss of Abbie's sister. May God bless her
and keep her.  Let’s keep Ed and Abbie in our prayers.
