I could agree with that. I never understood why some athletes would get banned
for using party drugs such as ecstacy or cocaine when they don't provide a
sporting advantage. I didn't like seeing the boxer Tyson Fury lose his
heavyweight belts due to testing positive for cocaine because a drug like that
has absolutely nothing to do with PEDs.

Any drug that doesn't provide a sporting advantage should be "OK" to use...
however just because an athlete wouldn't fall foul of the sporting
rules/regulations it doesn't mean they wouldn't fall foul of the law. I don't
agree with the "two bites of the cherry" thing where you could get banned and
disgraced from a sport AND in trouble with the law.
