I imagine some are, but I'm not sure about most.  For instance, the Flat Earth conspircy I hear from people who believe in that, we all know is just false. Also I don't really buy into the September 11, 2001 conspiracy theories of being an inside job, but these are whole other discussions..

Ah..  I actually haven't really been following much of what's happening with Rust, so I wasn't really aware of people trying to push it before it's ready.
