Sounds like FreeBASIC as well: has a "QBasic" mode to compile QBasic code.
I apologize, I am more fond of BASIC than Pascal. I read Delphi Pascal once,
only to conclude that it was not the application that was the problem, but the
server that was the problem; so, never wrote in Pascal.
It is interesting to see that Pascal is still being used to this day; even
with Free Pascal and Lazuras (spell?) IDE.
