I don't carry the Telegram echo, but do carry LITRPG where a whole lot of
the traffic used to come from Telegram users. If they responded to a
recent message, it was not too difficult to follow. If they responded to a
post that was days old (or older), I usually had no idea what they were
talking about and just skipped it. Others complained, and people
eventually quit posting.
