Debian Buster (10) unfortunately does not include the dosemu package any more,
but there are reports of people installing the .deb package intended for
Debian Stretch (9):

Although the package dependencies might cause problems for future updates (or
perhaps dosemu runtime problems), it might be an alternative to not running
dosemu at all.

In theory, a .deb package "really" for Debian Buster (10) could probably be
built using the .dsc package for Debian Stretch (9) and the appropriate
Debian package building tools.

I haven't tried any of this myself, but have been thinking of doing so to be
able to run some old BBS doors etc...
