Sometimes, I am willing to pay a little more if I can have a chance to look
at something in person before buying it. The issue here being that a lot
of the things I really want to look at, to make sure they are what I need,
are things that I cannot find locally.
OTOH, if I need a tool, plumbing supplies, nuts/bolts/screws, etc., I am
probably going to my local hardware store. The help much more likely to know
what they are talking about than at Wal-Mart or Lowes, or than someone who
is selling something on Amazon.
