Hello, i work with fiber and other communications installs. nobody can answer this unless they are there looking at it and have access to the company's records software. if you were in the usa i could look you up and see MOST of whats up without being there(but it would be misuse of company software).

Have your "installer" call his supervisor and they will contact the comm company. that's what they are supposed to do when there's an issue
