Hello MRO!

Most of the CONS about the browser are:

[o] Java applications are not compatible.

[o] Flash video files are not supported.

[o] It cannot play certain HTML5-based audio/video content.

But sofar, most sites even YT (they are HTML5 since many years
ago now) work OK, so that article is outdated.

The first-time use of the browser seemed to have issues with
certain sites.  But an update was available.  After that, most
sites cooperated very well.

The browser is Tizen. The update seems to support HTML5 now.

The TV itself was a floor model and the user got it at half
price.  It's a fairly badass 42" or something.

Another option might be to install a conventional browser and
operate that as an app.
