I don't trust a  phone enough to manage a master password database from it.

I use password-store instead, hosted in an SSH shell I control. I purposedly
only use the password databse from machines trustworthy enough to initiate an
SSH connection to the server hosting the database.

If you like the Google Drive approach, Nextcloud would also work, pluss it has
its own integrated password management solution via plugins.
