Do you own more than 100? I ask because I'm at the point where I actually have
more guns in my arms room than most gun stores in town. I like to collect them
myself. Also like to shoot them, but don't seem to find the time to do that as
much as I would like. I've got stuff from .22LR to .50 BMG.

Agreed. There's an internet meme circulating basically a caption that says
something along the lines of "When an intruder finally breaks into a gun owners
home" and it shows a person in bed with a menacing grin on their face. I
despise that meme. Any serious gun owner realizes that the use of the firearm
to protect person and property is a regrettable last resort and nothing to
smile about.

Parents were Marine Corps vets. Mother was able to hit a gallon paint can at
20 yards with a 4" .357. Mother bought me my first gun (an Ithaca Model 66 in
20 gauge) when I was 14 years old. I was properly raised to respect firearms
and to use them safely and responsibly. This is an education sadly lacking in
the youth of today - and probably a significant reason why so many of them are
involved in mass shooting incidents....
