For PC. Not sure if Steam ever hosted the mods. I recall seeing them active
around the same time Couterstrike was still in beta. In the editor, there
was a module that was loaded with games /sim specific definitions, and then
you'd use the map editor to create your layout and create the hidden overlays
that describe what is considered the track route.
I used to build maps for Counterstrike, and the track, vehicle, and door and
devce controls from Half Life were all kept in the mod. I liked the idea of
making parts of maps unaccessable by adding controls that would lock door or
flood areas that would porevent the use of anything but a pistol.
