 I'm the opposite...daytime is for doing errands. Arkansas' Governor,
Asa Hutchinson, announced plans for a "slow reopening" of the state,
starting May 4. We never had a "shelter in place" for COVID-19, as
Arkansans took the threat seriously...doing what the governor had
requested.
