You need a FAT16 partition. Also, to use USB you'll need a driver or bump up to FreeDOS, I *think* it has a driver.
If you can't find one, I know theres a DOS USB driver @ 2oFB... search function is your friend. Its in the LocalZzZ first File Conference.
