A�telephone service outage has been reported by a regional carrier, and is
affecting phone service at ARRL Headquarters. Incoming and outgoing phone calls
have been disrupted. We are expecting an update from the carrier as they
determine the root cause of the issue.

Members and prospective members are encouraged to visit the ARRL website to
access most services | www.arrl.org[1]. Many program representatives can be
