LOL - I get that - :-) I've heard of people picking up used
tire weights and melting them. More than I want to do right now.
Heck I haven't even shot in weeks!

Agreed!!! I bought one that wouldn't shoot right... Sent it back, they
replaced it no problem - but it's not 'right' either. <sigh> Only paid
just over $100 for it - then another $25 fee to receive the replacement.
If they do it again I'm suddenly pushing 180 or more for a pistol, so
I figured I would, when I have time, just put it in a vice and try and
'fix' it myself. :-)
It's a black finish - thought it would be a good one to maybe strip
and do something custom too...

I havce a Sharps replica in .22, but the barrel is SUPER big! The hole
is not, but the overall size is big and heavy, like a .45. :-)
We> I'm with you on the lever action .357. I'd definitely like to pick up
We> one of those. One of these days I'll find a deal on one....
My FIL gave me that cause he knew I wanted one eventually... :-)
... Old immortals don't die, they just... don't.
