I understood that part. I thought maybe his discussion about this policy
might have started with guns and somehow ended with "blah, blah, you know
the Thing... boating accidents!"
Since then I have seen your post mentioning a comedy thing going on social
media. I still have not seen it yet so maybe I am not socializing enough.
