Joe Biden has stated on at least one occassion that his policy regarding
firearms will begin with a $200 tax for modern sportintg semiautomatic rifles.
Essentially he would require them to be registered under the NFA (and we're
talking AR's, AK's, possibly Mini Thirty and Mini-14 types as well), as well as
"high capacity" magazines.
