I hand load, so the only time I buy ammo is for defensive only use, or I want
to chronograph a reliable factory load in order to match it's performance.
Even though the police I ask say there wouldn't be a problem using handloads
for defense (if I have faith in their reliability) I would like to remove any
doubt concerning whether a load I'm carrying is a full powered load and not a
mouse fart intended for punching holes in paper.
