I have to admit, the idea of (even slightly) sweeter mayonnaise would not appeal to me!
On a related note, our friend was telling us on the weekend that her son had gone to Subway and bought some cookies that came with a caramel dip. They informed him they'd run out of caramel and asked if he'd like some mayonnaise instead.
