Do you think that's similar to Arizona hot?  Several years ago, I went to Arizona a few times for work, and in April, the temperature was already getting up to the mid-90s.  I've heard actual summers in Arizona are pretty hot (often above 100-110+), where they recommend you stay inside and not go outside for extended lengths of time.  I don't think that's the kind of weather I'd want to live in..
