I tend to prefer that type of pizza too, including green pepper. :)  I also see a lot of pizza restaurants call it "combination" pizza.

Years ago, at my first job, one of my co-workers was ordering pizza for us and he asked what kind I like, and I said combination.  Apparently he had never heard of that though and he said "what does that mean?"
