Some people do actually vacation in some of those spots, although I
question the safety of the first two. Just the other day, I had a friend
(of Indian descent) say that their dream vacation involves going to either
Qatar or Bharain (I cannot remember which).
To each his own, I guess. I have just recently been to SoCal and there are
some neat things to see (especially if you stay away from the big cities).
I might like to explore the area some more. Aside from that, the only
place on the list that I plan to visit again is Canada.
