the queen was an (imho) icon of the modern day and age. as a brit, I was her subject and served her in the armed forces and am actually covered by the official secrets act to this day lol.
that said. she WAS 96 and had never really been ill up until this past year. heck... even on tuesday she was still her normal sweet smiling and joking demeanur that she had always been.
I wonder what had happened since tuesday cus it does seem like a complete 180 degree turn.
I know she got the 'rona in february from media reports, but she seemed fine since.
People were bitching "oh she's using a cane to walk etc"... SHE IS BLOODY 96 Years old for petes sake. what 96 year old doesnt use a cane.

as for your dates, i never really thought about it that way lol. but what does make me think is what's going to happen now with that nutjob son of hers who is king. and also, i wonder if the passing of the D of E had anything to do with it cus you know they do say taht "once a person loses their long time partner they have about a year"...
Hopefully that does come true in my personal case because my dad died this time last year and my mom isnt in the best of health either lol. I dunno if i could handle that one just yet.
Anyway..
