The problem with this logic is that the electricity tariff in question
...or their recent tariffs on bourbon, appliances, etc... didn't exist until
Trump initially put a new tariff on Canadian products.
If it works like you think it does, the country that would be cancelling
first would be the USA, and then Canada would respond by cancelling the
retaliatory tariffs. Then we would be back to the existing trade agreement...
you know, the one that Trump signed back during his first term, proclaiming it
to be the best deal ever.
