but do you really know what his views are or how he treats people.

From what i've seen (and what he's doing right now) he's asking people who have been in employment for a long time what they do at their job and what they've contributed.  Many of these people can't come up with anything.  that's a red flag that they need to go.   whats wrong with that?

Are you SURE you're just not a highly suggestable person who does what the media tells you?
