He has. I don't know that he has come straight out and said "last week,"
but he has definately talked about being VP at various times when he was
not VP, as well as discussing events as more recent than they could have
happened (because they involve people who have been dead too long for him
to be right).
He also has some other body language, and mood/vocal inflection swings,
that are additional signs of early dementia and/or other cognative issues.
