It's seen on several other networks, too. Agreed that it's a lack of
knowledge in many cases, and done intentionally in some cases. It
actually causes me to not even want to bother calling (as I mentioned in
a recent post - the "Boy Who Cried Wolf' syndrome).
Also common with "autopilot" sysops who don't even know what's going on
with their systems, and don't even check anything for weeks/months at a
time. Aaarrgggghhhh.
