What do you have for your "Default Origin" under Configuration -> Message Base Settings?
I don't believe Mystic strictly has a place for a "QWK tagline", and just uses the default origin in lieu of that, appending it to the bottom of QwkNet messages.
At least, this has been my experience with the few QwkNet messages I've posted from Mystic.
