This message area is for the digital modes in ham radio, including:

1) CW (Morse Code -- the ORIGINAL digital mode)
2) Packet
3) APRS
4) PSK31
5) JT-65
6) MT-63

You can go much farther on digital than you can on voice, and you don't
need as much power. Also, for those who are "mic shy", and don't really
want to get on the air, voice wise, digital mode allows your computer
and appropriate software to do the work for you...including transmitting
your traffic, and identifying your station.

Note that I am working on preparing batchfiles for these message areas,
and it may take some time to get these posts going.

Also, since I consider messages over 30 days old to be out of date on
my BBS, these messages are deleted after that point, and reposted once
a month, with new information, when required.
