## VPN
I paid for a full year of NordVPN awhile back. Unfortunately the
Nord app crashes constantly on the Gemini PDA - won't even let me
login. So I have defaulted to OpenVPN while on public wifi. Upsetting
considering the price of the annual account.
What is the general feeling of OpenVPN? Do most of you consider it
legit? Maybe I should use tor instead? Drop me a line at:

## Humans Afraid
The mass of people afraid of microbes is astounding. I walk through
large groups of germophobes all the time. Not wanting to shake hands,
obsessively scrubbing their airplane seat with smelly alcohol pads
after they just watched a video about the obsessive cleaning performed
by the airline before they boarded, walking a wide berth around other
people. It makes me chuckle. If you are one of these types of people,
you do you. I'll do me.
## Rural Oregon
I am now a fan of rural eastern Oregon. Unlike other farming areas,
it has hills and interesting terrain. Better to look at than say,
Kansas. The local culture was also pleasant to interact with. I also
love the local honesty. I left my credit card in a diner for over 5
hours. Realized this finally, called them up and they had secured
my card and handed it to me when I returned. I gave the girl who was
responsible for keeping my card safe a $50 tip. Losing this item
would have left me in a bad spot for sure.
