The Palm LifeDrive came with a 4GB MicroDrive. It is possible to
install a normal compact flash card in the LifeDrive to improve
performance, and not have to rely on a 2005 spinning hard disk.
Visiblink wrote up some instructions, copied here as a txt file below.
These reference the diskimage.zip file also below.
PalmPowerUps has another way to accomplish this. Everything needed
including the Palm LifeDrive 2.0 update is in the LifeDrive.zip file
below. This zip also contains PDF versions of the websites related,
including ones Visiblink references. You may want to download it even
if you are going to perform a vanilla 4GB card install.
