Obtaining a 2nd hand machine always leads to problems of sorts. Cleaning it up
of redundant files, loaded by a non educated user is the problem.

In your case, can I suggest to first make a clone of it all, then go to that
little start window on the left of the taskbar, one click on it -> Settings ->
Update & Recovery -> Recovery -> Reset this PC.

This will do the job in one swoop. It will reset it all to a blank W-10 OS
machine, you might even get the choice of language, worth a try ! Read all the
instructions as they are presented to you, there are many a choice to pick. Do
anything to the machine, you have a clone ! Not ?

Remember that a clone will allow you to, after the fact, move any file/folder
back from clone to main machine. I abuse this privilege all the time, even from
clone to another machine, not the source.

We are having fun !  All fine wishes.
