Ah hah! We just found this the other day, thanks to Psi-Jack and his
misconfiguration of sorts. :)

It's in the Message Base Settings, not individual links or the editor where we
thought it may be. You'll see "Netmail Crash," "Netmail Hold" and "Netmail
KillSent". That's where you enable it.

Be aware though, that if you do that as an uplink, if your downlink has that
set, your system will push the netmail directly to it's destination. Mystic
cannot do this yet, because it won't connect to undefined links.

May want to wait a bit before jumping into this.
