Update on this. I deleted the DOVE-general message base files from msgs, and it
was able to continue processing as normal. Kinda wierd, though. Some kind of
corruption to the JAM message base or something?
Even still, I rsync'd the whole msgs directory to a backup directory so I still
have the original message base files, if you need them to help determine root
cause for this. Just lemme know.
