I can remember most of the problems I had with it. When Seal was working in a
mixed nodes/points environment and you had it set to delete files after they
were distributed around, it would delete files because it couldn't seem to
"see" all the file .TICs in both the Binkley Style outbound for the Nodes *and*
the Points. IOW it would delete the files from the filearea once it saw the
last Node got it (because the TICs were gone)... but there were still TICs in
the point outbound directory... so no file to attach. :((
