Last time I spoke to Charles I had the same issues.  The 1000 node with server
function is necessary to read the FD nodelist.  I'm still having issues with it
but I removed the CM flag and everything get's routed to me except for what I
have in my node list.  I'm still working on my FDNODE.CTL file but haven't had
the time lately.  According to Charles it should read a compiled nodelist to
gather the INA address but it's not.  :(

I'll look a little deeper into my end. Send me a netmail and see what
