    They've managed to get a bunch of parks partially closed in Utah.  No
private vehicles in several and they've limited the size of parties in several
others.  Saw a thing in the paper where a boy scout troupe was denied access to
Bryce Canyon because there were 17 in the party (the new max is 12).
Apparently some tree hugger believes that a party of 12 and another of 5 will
trample less grass than one party of 17.  I think what these people really want
is all the open space restriced to use by only the anointed true believers...
