That document is not an official FTSC document. There is also not a wiki of
any kind on the official ftsc.org website. As a matter of fact, Randy Bush's
copyright on the current revision of FTS-0001 (Rev. 16) only allows for
distribution of unmodified copies at no charge. Any revisions needed to this
standard would have to be done by a total rewrite, unless Randy grants
permission to use the current version as a base.
