Right, that's because it's for fixing problems amonst FDN Coordinators and
HUBs. This echo though, is for general discussions regarding the filegate.

That is surprising.. I don't think I've heard of a bug issue being closed
before it was fixed before, but what do I know <g>.  I'm glad you persisted
there.

Well, there's still plenty of stuff out there that isn't on the repositories.
As far as other OS' go, like windows and the Mac, there are tons sent to me
everyday essentially from the ASP (Association of Shareware Professionals) and
others. I had to read the description of one of the win_games files to Ron
today because it was so damn funny.. lazy-ass: "Launch your Lazy Ass from chair
to chair to grab all the snacks. Make your way back to grub out in front of the
TV and to food. Avoid the spikes".. ouch Lol.. too dumb to not hatch hahaha

Hmm.. he gets a new nodelist file every Thursday night at midnight in the
NODELIST file echo:

+ 06 Sep 08:21:02 [5939] sent: /home/bbbs/binkd/rossout/nodelist.z49 (101357,
101357.00 CPS, 1:123/500@fidonet)

Plus every day he gets a new nodelist in the DAILYLIST file echo. This was
today's:
+ 10 Sep 12:00:26 [5277] sent: /home/bbbs/binkd/rossout/nodelist.z53 (101359,
101359.00 CPS, 1:123/500@fidonet)

This is the header on today's dailylist:

;A FidoNet Nodelist for Tuesday, September 10, 2013 -- Day number 253 : 54895

And this is the header on Friday's nodelist.z49:

;A FidoNet Nodelist for Friday, September 6, 2013 -- Day number 249 : 51828

nodelist.z18 was released from here, on Jan. 17th.. but that's quite old.
Friday's nodelist was nodelist.z49 which contained NODELIST.249.

I'd relink to the nodelist echo on Ross's system, or link up to the Dailylist
file echo over there.  What you're reporting makes no sense to me, wish I had
more answers for you.

Take care,
Janis
