The HOlding and Queue thing is internal.  You still need to configure fastecho
and Irex to use c:\inbound and c:\outbound (Or whatever).

I run Fastecho and Irex here (Irex is my only mailer) my directories in both
FE and Irex are:

Now in FE

NetMail: C:\MAX\MSG
Messagebase: C:\MAX\MSG\HUDSON
Inbound: C:\MAX\IREX\INBOUND                                      Unprot.
Inbound: C:\MAX\IREX\INBOUND                                        Temp.
Inbound:                                                            Local
Inbound:
Outbound: C:\MAX\IREX\OUTBOUND                                      Temp.
Outbound:
Semaphores: C:\MAX\IREX\SEMA                                              BBS
Config: C:\MAX                                                      Static
queue:
Swapping: C:\TEMP
=== cut here ====

Just try the above, it will work for sure with no issues!

Cheers,
Shawn
