Not uncommon at all to use one where the Docs are in your native language.
It's sort of natural selection there.

It's a very aging DOS based lower speed pentium. Nothing fancy and will have
to patch things if i upgrade the BBS machine.

I chose it when i couldnt afford to finish college and somehow just stayed in.
Yes, been to many countries including your own! (Vladivostok twice). I get a
port visit in another land about 5 times a year.
