Actually now I come think about it, I don't think there's any difference
between TBBSNC and XLAXNODE. There isn't any need - apart from the fact that
TBBSNC doesn't need registering. I was thinking of George Peace's mail
processor. I can't think what the generic version was called (was it QECHO?)
but the TBBS version with access to the TBBS database was called FLAME.
