Again, it depends on Mystic.  What would happen if someone sends you a .Req
file?  Does Mystic build a *.Srf or will it be ignored?  It think finding that
out should be your first step.

It will only work if Mystic generates an SRIF file.

It gets everything it needs from the .Srf, plus your address on the command
line.  It expects to find the .Srf in the same directory as FREQ-U.Exe.  No
config necessary.

You will need an OKfile.Txt, which is documented in the BinkleyTerm 2.30 User's
guide, Parts of which are included in the FREQ-U distribution archive.
