i don't know of any unless 7zip handles them... they are also available in LZH
and ZIP archives... just turn on those FDN, DIFFLZH and/or DIFFZIP to get them
in addition to or instead of the traditional ARC ones...

but truthfully, in this day in time, diffs are pretty much a waste of
processing time to produce and apply... the changes they carry are so minimal
as to not even take a full cluster of drive space... the entire nodelist is
only 200k, 1/10th of what it used to be, and you can get a whole new one
delivered daily via the DAILYLIST FDN... if the nodelist were still up in the
2meg range, diffs might be desired but with today's fast internet connections a
nodelist of that size takes no time to transfer... with no one really having to
pay for the amount of data or the connection time, getting a complete nodelist
every day is quite cheap and easy... i've been running daily lists here for
some years, now... none of my old-school software has complained...

plus, the processing is much simplier than doing the diff...

 cd nodelist directory
 del old nodelist
 unzip new daily nodelist
 exec nodelist compiler
 done!
