It happens here once in a while... not that often. It happens to my bbbs
mailer when it cannot complete the transfer. Typically it is because of some
problem with the node bbbs is trying to dial - it could be any one of the
following:
#The node bbbs is trying to dial has it's own problems and needs to
be reset by the sysop... [often]
#There was some typo in external.bbb's remap section [ok, I'm not perfect <g>]
