1/2 c Butter -- softened
1 c Brown sugar -- packed
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
1 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Quick cooking oats
1 1/4 c Crispy rice cereal
1 c Nuts -- chopped
1 c Raisins
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add honey, vanilla, and
egg; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture. Stir
in oats, cereal, and nuts. Add raisins or chips if desired. Press
into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until
the top is lightly browned.
