3 Broiler chickens (2-1/2 to 3 lb
- ea) -- cut up
1 1/2 c French dressing
21 oz Ginger ale
1 1/2 c Orange juice
1 tb Corn starch
Marinate the chicken in the French dressing for at least 1 hour.
Brown chickens under the broiler.
Heat together the ginger ale, orange juice, and corn starch. Using
this as a glaze, pour over chicken. Freeze.
To Serve:
Defrost and bake chicken at 300°F for 1-1/2 hours, basting with the
glaze.
