1 1/2 lb Extra-lean ground beef
2/3 c Quick-cooking oats
1 c Milk (1%)
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
2 Eggs
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 Onions -- chopped
1/4 c Brown sugar -- packed
2 ts Mustard
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 c Catsup
Combine first 9 ingredients. Put in round microwave-safe tube pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of meat mixture.
Microwave at 70% power for about 15 minutes or until temperature
probe says 160°F. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half and transfer to
serving plate if desired.
