MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Green & Gold Casserole

     Yield: 1 Casserole

     2 lb Zucchini; sliced 1/4"
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 c  Water
     2    Eggs; beaten
   1/4 ts Pepper
     1 ts Onion; grated
    12 oz Can whole corn
   1/4 lb Cheddar cheese; shredded

 Slice zucchini; place in pan with salt and water. Cover; boil for 10
 minutes; drain well and mash. Mix eggs, pepper, and onion; add to
 mashed zucchini. Pour in corn and cheese. Top with more cheese and
 bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. This goes with any kind of meat,
 even my kids like it.
